After receiving a B.A. In Speech Communications Jilane married Jack and they began their life of partnering together both in their home and in their ministry. They started Canyon Springs Church together in 1998 and have been on the front row watching God work in and through the lives of those who have walked through it’s doors. She can’t wait to see how Jesus continues to change lives here in San Diego and around the world through CSC!

I love telling people that I’m a P.K. (Pastors kid). I can see their minds racing with thoughts like “She must have been wild”, “I wonder how she rebelled”, “What scandal did she bring to the church”!! However, for me, growing up a pastor’s kid wasn’t a scene from Footloose.
Actually it was a great experience. I loved my church, I loved my parents, and I even ended up marrying a pastor and raising 3 P.K.’s of my own.
I have no sordid past, no skeletons in the closet, no great camp fire testimony. The truth is that I fell in love with Jesus at an early age, chose good friends, and made fairly good choices. If my testimony was an ice cream flavor it would be plain vanilla. However, as I’ve grown up I’ve seen many people choose a variety of different paths, but I’ve never seen anything as wonderful as a life serving Jesus Christ.
