Sound, Sunday School, Club 45 (sub), Mission Trips (Mexico, Surf & Serve, Blessing Bags/Homeless Outreach)

When did you start coming to Canyon Springs?

September 2015

What made you decide to Volunteer?

It’s important to me to contribute to ministry where I can – be the hands & feet of Christ.

What is your favorite part about Volunteering?

A sense of accomplishing what I’m called to do; even (especially) when outside my comfort zone.

Do you volunteer with organizations, outside of Canyon Springs

Yes. I am a coach for Scripps Ranch Soccer Club & Division Rep

What is your job/profession?

Quality Assurance Manager at Rayotek Scientific. We provide highly engineered transparencies to Aerospace (e.g., Windows for Orion Spacecraft).

Where were you born/raised?

Clearwater Florida – My Dad is a United Methodist Church Pastor so we traveled a lot (Atlanta, Athens, Tallahassee, and Clearwater.)

What brought you to San Diego?

Go Navy!

Married/Family/Children?

Married to Stephanie Pearcy.  We have 4  children – Emma (10), Olivia (8), Kenny (6) and Raif (3).

Stuff & Random Tidbits

What is your favorite food / restaurant in San Diego?

PIZZA! Bronx Pizza on Washington.

What is one “interesting fact” about you?

I plan on competing in AND winning American Ninja Warrior after I retire and the kids are moved out.

What one word or phrase describes you?

Trying hard to just be me . . .
