With every Thanksgiving comes the inevitable post meal, triptiphan induced, deep couch nap time. Just turn on the football game and crash! But come the following day is the need to exercise away those additional thousands of consumed calories. This Sunday we will initiate a post meal spiritual exercise to help you get moving and motivated again.
