We Had An Amazing Time at Man Camp!

Dear Canyon Springs Family

Our men gathered for an incredible time at Palomar Christian Conference Center this past weekend! It was a weekend filled with powerful moments of worship, deep connection, and life-changing conversations.

A Weekend to Remember

From the moment we arrived, God was at work. Through inspiring messages/spiritual formation, moments of prayer, and time spent in community, we were reminded of what it truly means to be richly connected to Jesus.

Some key highlights included:

• Transformational Teaching – Todd Rodarmel challenged us to notice that God is in charge. It helped us understand and reframe why bad things happen to people. We walked away, understanding and applying four reasons for these bad things and how to reframe our spiritual journey to heal. 

• Authentic Community – We had real, vulnerable conversations that built deeper relationships.

• Time in God’s Creation – Whether around the campfire or in quiet moments of reflection, we encountered God in powerful ways.

What’s Next?

We don’t want this retreat to be a weekend experience—we want to carry it into our daily lives. Here are a few ways we can do that:

• Stay Connected – Now is the time to join if you’re not already part of a Small group. Email [email protected] for more information. We launch new groups in the fall! It will come quickly. 

• Live it Out – Think about one key takeaway from the retreat and ask God how He wants you to put it into action this week.

• Pray for One Another – Let’s continue supporting each other in prayer as we pursue what God has for us.
