4th of July Parade 2018

Join our 4th of July team as we celebrate in the 48th Annual Scripps Ranch 4th of July Parade. Canyon Springs will have a float in the parade and our theme is “Game On!” Put on your favorite sports gear and your red, white and blue as we celebrate Canyon Springs Church being part of Scripps Ranch for 20 years.
We will be walking in the parade in our athletic and patriotic gear including kids wearing their VBS shirts to go with the Game On theme. We need youth and adults to help carry a banner celebrating our 20th anniversary. Kids are encouraged to bring scooters and decorate them in patriotic flavor. Also joining our parade team will be Pastors Jack & Jonathan leading the pack on their “Rucki” while Pastor Chad will bring up the rear with music and waters in his truck.

Interested in being a part of the parade team and walk with our float? Great! We are meeting BY 9:15am 4th of July morning, at the intersection of “Red Cedar Dr & Mesa Madera Dr”.
UPDATE (7/1/18) We are Slot #49.
The parade route is about a mile from starting point to the finish at Hoyt Park. We are looking for two VBS leaders to lead kids in some of the VBS songs during the parade. Please contact Susan Kennedy at [email protected].
