Women’s Ministry Summer Reading ~ 2019 (Monday Evenings)

Women of Canyon Springs! Please join us for our fun filled summer reading. We will read through a couple of Historical Fiction books about women in the bible! We kick off our summer session on Monday evenings, starting June 24, 2019! Register today and be a part of this wonderful fellowship.

First Book ~ Redeeming Love, by Francine Rivers

This book takes place in the late 1800’s and is based on the story of Hosea and Gomer. We suggest you read through and pray over the book of Hosea in the bible prior to starting Redeeming Love. This story is very relatable to the horrific crime of Human Trafficking that so many face today.

Second Book ~ The Red Tent, by Anita Diamant

We will discuss what life looked like in Old Testament times. We will share what we learn from women in the bible such as Rachel, Leah and the story of Dinah. We suggest you read through and pray over Genesis 28 & 34
