What Ministry / Group do you Volunteer With?

“Holy Roadies” Set up Crew, Hospitality, Small Groups, Missions Ministry (Haiti, Uganda, Mexico)

When did you start coming to Canyon Springs?

February 2014

What made you decide to Volunteer?

We feel faith calls us to serve in whatever capacity we can. We also enjoy giving back to our church that has given us so much in the short time we have been attending. A favorite passage of ours is James 2:17-18.

What is your favorite part about Volunteering?

Getting to know all of the different people that attend Canyon Springs. The number of friendships and relationships we have established has been incredible. We cannot imagine life without the people we have met through all of the different ministries. Also, the delicious Brueggers’ coffee and premium doughnuts on Sunday morning are an added bonus!

Do you volunteer with organizations, outside of Canyon Springs

Quench & Connect – Board Member. This is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting secondary schools in Uganda.

Wells Fargo Veteran’s Network – Co-chair of the San Diego region. We facilitate & participate in a number of volunteer events around the county that benefit Veterans, Service Members and their families.
