Embracing God’s Next Chapter

From our first “Amen” in January to the joyful buzz of ministry today, God’s faithfulness has carried our Church community. When our Senior Pastor transitioned out earlier this year, it marked a significant change for our congregation—a moment that could have brought uncertainty. Instead, you trusted God and stepped up. Through prayer and unity, you embraced this season of change with courage and faith. These challenges have been sanctifying and full of opportunities to lean on the Lord.

What a unique season to mobilize our congregation’s voices and embrace what God was doing among us. Thank you for making 2025 a year of fresh faith and forward momentum.

A pivotal part of this journey was the welcome of Pastor John Rose as our Transition Pastor. His seasoned leadership and spiritual maturity have provided stability, care, and guidance during this time. Under his shepherding, we’ve experienced God’s provision and continued to thrive in ministry together.

Additionally, we elected a gifted Pastoral Search Team, comprising nine church members who will represent our church body in prayerfully seeking our next Lead Pastor. As a church, we commit to stepping boldly into the next chapter. You can read more about the team HERE.

Thank you—your generosity breathed life into this year’s ministry:

  • Children’s Vacation Bible School: 190 campers, 125 volunteers, 21 first-time decisions for Christ, 17 Seeds of Hope scholarships, and 325 snacks donated.
  • Weekly Programs: AWANA, Club 45, and Sunday School discipled 100+ children with the help of 30+ volunteers.
  • Youth Ministry: High School Houseboat Camp hosted 95 students and 35 leaders, resulting in six first-time commitments. Our Fall “ONE NIGHT” rally gathered 140 students for prayer and worship, with three first-time commitments.
  • Missions: Beyond our walls, teams served in Guatemala and Mexico, and with our ministry partners, local communities were deeply impacted through acts of service, feeding, and prayer.
  • Women’s: At home, our Women’s Bible study grew by 40%, with many participants completing the entire Bible for the first time.

Thank You for Your Faithful Generosity

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the extraordinary generosity you’ve shown this year. Because of your faithful giving, young people are discovering a faith that will guide them for a lifetime. Men and women are finding authentic communities that offer hope and healing. Our missional partners, near and far, continue to share Christ’s light with the world—all because you choose to invest in God’s work.

As we approach the close of 2025, we sense the Lord inviting us into a more profound, more radical generosity. Every gift—large or small—helps us continue this life-changing ministry. Practically speaking, we face an approximate annual shortfall of $80,000, and we humbly ask you to seek God’s guidance about making a special year-end gift. Know that we receive it with gratitude, and will steward it faithfully, and use it to advance His kingdom. Thank you for listening to His prompting and for being part of what God is doing through our church.

“May the God of hope fill you with all the joy and peace as you believe, so  that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13. We are grateful for our God of hope, we trust Him to fill us with joy and peace by faith, anchoring us in every season of change.

Looking Ahead to 2026

We trust our faithful Father and gladly embrace the changes He has for us in the coming year—join us in stepping boldly into the next amazing chapter!
