Adult Volunteer Campaign

Dear Church Family,

As we continue to pour into the next generation with the love and truth of Christ, we find ourselves entering a new season of both opportunity and need.

Due to recent changes in California state mandates, we must now ensure that two fully screened adults are present when serving with minors. In the past, we were able to pair an adult with a student leader; however, this change requires us to increase the number of adult volunteers present at every gathering and classroom. For coverage, we are first defining two fully screened adults as 21 – 25 years and older. Our current assessment indicates that we require approximately 30 adult volunteers, over what we currently have in place. While the heart of our ministries remains unchanged, our approach must now reflect this shift in priorities.

We want to assure you that our student leaders will continue to serve and grow alongside us. Their passion and leadership are a gift to our ministries! But from now on, they’ll be serving in partnership with at least two adult leaders in every setting involving minors.

 

We are asking you, our trusted adult members, to consider prayerfully stepping into this vital ministry. Your presence, even just once or twice a month, could make a lasting difference in the lives of our children and youth. Whether it’s leading a small group, welcoming students with a smile, or simply showing up to listen and care, your involvement matters deeply.
