Dear Canyon Springs Church Family,

With hearts full of gratitude, we are overjoyed to share that the Transformation Initiative—our initial building fund and bold, prayerful journey to deepen our impact in San Diego and beyond—has officially reached completion. Because of your extraordinary generosity, prayers, and faithful service, God has accomplished incredible things through Canyon Springs Church. Together, we received over $411,000 in support of this fund, enabling us to complete much-needed building upgrades, create vibrant ministry spaces, and ultimately secure a new home for our church family.

Over the past two years, your giving to the Transformation Initiative has done so much more than transform a building—it has transformed lives. Children and students now gather in spaces designed to help them encounter Jesus, families have found belonging, and our community has experienced the tangible love of Christ through expanded outreach and mission programs. None of this would have been possible without your willingness to invest in God’s Kingdom work through this special initiative.

We want you to know: this initiative was never just about walls and structures. It was about creating room for people to grow in their faith and for the gospel to reach further. Your generosity to the Transformation Initiative has truly been the hands and feet of Jesus at work, and we thank you from the depths of our hearts.

As we close this chapter and step into the next season of ministry, please note an important update: beginning the first week of October, any recurring contributions previously designated for the Transformation Initiative (building fund) will be automatically redirected to the General Fund. This fund fuels the ongoing work of our ministries, staff, outreach, and operations—ensuring that the momentum we’ve built continues to grow. If you would like to adjust your giving preferences, you may do so anytime through our online giving platform or by contacting our finance team.

We are deeply grateful for your partnership in this journey and excited for the next season God has in store. The transformation continues—not just in our building, but in every life touched through your faithfulness.

With love, joy, and appreciation,

Canyon Springs Church Staff & Elder Board
